This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Enerzas platform. By using Enerzas, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You must not use Enerzas to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content including fabricated certifications, insurance documents, or qualifications. You must not impersonate another person, company, or organization. You must not attempt to circumvent platform fees or conduct transactions off-platform to avoid Enerzas terms. You must not use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. You must not post spam, unsolicited advertising, or irrelevant content. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
All content posted on Enerzas — including equipment listings, job postings, community posts, and service listings — must be accurate, relevant to the powerline and utility industry, and compliant with applicable laws. Content that is discriminatory, offensive, or violates any applicable law is prohibited.
Users who submit certifications, insurance documents, or other credentials for verification purposes warrant that all submitted documents are genuine and current. Submitting false or altered documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Service providers listing on the Enerzas Specialized Services marketplace must hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance for their jurisdiction. Providers must not accept engagements for services they are not qualified or licensed to perform. Enerzas reserves the right to remove any service listing at any time.
Equipment listed on the Enerzas marketplace must be accurately described including condition, age, and specifications. Sellers must have legal title or authority to sell listed equipment. Listing equipment that is stolen, encumbered, or subject to undisclosed liens is prohibited.
Job postings must represent genuine employment or contracting opportunities. Postings must comply with all applicable employment and human rights laws including prohibitions on discriminatory hiring practices. Employers must respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
Enerzas reserves the right to remove any content, suspend any account, or terminate any user's access to the platform at its sole discretion for violation of this policy or the Terms of Service. Enerzas may report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
If you believe another user is violating this policy, use the Report flag available on listings, job postings, and community content, or contact us directly at support@enerzas.com. All reports are reviewed by the Enerzas moderation team.
