We use your information to provide and improve the Enerzas platform, process transactions and payments, verify professional credentials, send transactional and marketing communications with consent, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
For users in the EU and UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: contract performance to provide our services, legitimate interests to improve our platform and prevent fraud, consent for marketing communications, and legal obligation to comply with applicable laws.
We share your information with payment processors such as Stripe, identity verification services, and cloud infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
